Terms of Service — SMS/Text Messaging Program

1. Program Description

Prime Cuts Supply, operated by Soco Supply LLC ("we," "us," "our"), offers an SMS/text messaging program that delivers customer care messages, order updates, product availability notifications, promotional offers, and seasonal announcements to customers who have opted in.

2. Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number on either of our text-message sign-up forms (the customer service program at https://www.prime-cuts-supply.com/pages/customer-service-text-sign-up, for order confirmations, shipping updates, and replies to your inquiries; or the marketing program at https://www.prime-cuts-supply.com/pages/contact, for promotions and product availability) and checking the corresponding consent box, or by texting START to our business number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS and MMS) from Prime Cuts Supply. The marketing program and the customer service program are managed separately, each with its own opt-in checkbox and disclosure. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on order activity and promotions. During seasonal promotions, frequency may temporarily increase.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message: "You have been unsubscribed from Prime Cuts Supply messages. You will not receive any further texts. Reply START to resubscribe." No further messages will be sent after confirmation.

7. Supported Carriers

Major carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Service may not be available on all carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

9. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. You must be the account holder or have authorization from the account holder for the mobile number provided.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
